Manufacturers of critical defense components and aerospace Mtar Technologies have reported Post-Tax Profit Rs 13.3 Crore during the quarter ended December 2021, translating into a growth of 50.5 percent compared to the same quarter of last year where he recorded post-tax profit 8.8 crore .
During the quarter reviewed, the Hyderabad defense company headquartered reported 78.1 crore Rs revenues, increased by 41.4 percent more than Rs 55.2 Crore a year ago.
The Mtar Technology Council that met on February 10 to record unaudited results has declared interim dividends of Rs 3 per share of Rs 10, translating to 30 percent.
For the current nine months of fiscal, the company posted revenue of Rs 223.4 Crore (RS 177.3 Crore) with a growth of 26 percent, while post-tax profit saw a 46.3 percent increase in Rs 41.1 Crore (RS 28.1 Crore).
“In the midst of a conducive macroeconomic environment supported by a strong order book, we are sure to witness the accelerated growth in the upcoming quarter,” said the Director of Managing Technologies Mtar Parvat Srinivas Reddy.
Reddy said the domestic inflow of civilian nuclear power, the space & defense sector is expected to be traced quickly in the upcoming quarter.
During the quarter that was being reviewed, the company saw its income from exports increased by 151.1 percent at RS 31 Crore, while the revenue growth of the export for 19 months the current fiscal period amounted to 61.4 percent at Rs 51.5 Crore.
