Russia, Ukraine ended peace peace in Belarus, to accommodate the second round after consultation

Russian-Ukrainian conflict: Representatives from two fought countries will return to their respective capitals for further consultation before the second round of conversation.

The ceasefire talks between Russian and Ukrainian officials ended on Monday along the Belarus border. The next negotiation round will be held at the Polish-Belarusian border, reporting Sputnik quoted the Russian Delegation Head Vladimir Medinsky.

“We agreed to maintain negotiations,” Medinsky said as quoted.

Talks began earlier on the day in the gum border city between the delegation of the two countries even when heavy shots continued in the cities and suburbs of Ukraine. This is the fifth day of the Kremlin invasion to Ukraine who has triggered unprecedented sanctions against Russia by the West, in addition to massive global criticism

The discussion ended at the same time when the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy reported has signed an official request for his country’s membership to the European Union.

Zelenskiy has asked the European Union to allow Ukraine to get a membership immediately with special procedures because of defending themselves from the invasion by Russian forces.
