Outsourcing Companies Allsec Technologies Business Process will join the staff and outsourcing service company that supports Quess Corp technology in an all-stock agreement, the company said in a joint statement.

The Board of Directors of the Allsec Technologies and Quess Corp in their respective meetings held on June 22, 2022, has approved the merger scheme provided, among others, to merge allsec to quess (scheme),” said the joint statement. Public shareholders from Allsec will receive 74 quess shares for every 100 shares held at Allsec.

Allsec, with more than 400 clients in 37 countries, is a global leader in outsourcing solutions with expertise in providing digital business services and human resource outsourcing services.
