Maruti Suzuki finally entered the medium size SUV segment with the new Grand Vitara. The new medium size SUV will be sold through the Nexa brand dealer. Grand Vitara will be the most expensive car brand and the brand has received an order for RS 11,000. Delivery is expected to begin in the end of August or in September.

The new Vitara Grand Vitara was quite muscular with an aggressive grille on the front and the lights led were all flanking the slim steel rods. Furthermore, he got a bumper that looks strong with diffuser. Even the wheel arches are proposed with thick clads. Grand Vitara will offer 17 -inch precision wheels. The back of the new Grand Vitara looks quite attractive with a slim LED split lamp and the LED rod that connects the two tail lights.

Maruti Suzuki will offer Grand Vitara in two variants. There will be a smart progressive hybrid and an intelligent electricity hybrid. Progressive Smart Hybrid gets a rich final chrome result on the front of the decoration while the intelligent electricity hybrid gets a layer of dark chrome.

Premium cabin

The new Grand Vitara cabin that looks very premium. The instrument panel gets a big element that is brave while the chair gets a black imitation leather coating rich in golden gold accents with electrical hybrid trims. Smart hybrid variants offer bordeaux imitation skin with high silver luminant accents.

The cabin gets a black piano finishing while the dashboard gets a 3D set-up. The list of features includes a color head-up display that shows turn-by-turn navigation, speed, tachometer, fuel savings, and other important notifications. The new Grand Vitara also offers a 360 degree camera by approaching the detection of objects and dynamic reverse guidelines. The infotainment system consists of Smart Play Pro+ 9.0 inch infotainment with wireless charging with excessive protection.

There are more than 40 connected features including long -distance AC operations, vehicle safety and safe locations, trip meters, vehicle status and warnings, among others. There is also the connectivity of Alexa’s smart skills and watches.

The new Grand Vitara offered up to six airbags depending on the variant, electronic stability programs, Hill Hold assistance, 3 -point safety belt, rear disc brakes, hill -heredity control, and tire pressure monitoring systems between many other safety features.

Two PowerTrain

Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara who has just offers two engine choices. Trim of an intelligent electricity hybrid gets a strong hybrid powertrain of 1.5 liters. There are four different modes available with this variant – EV, Eco, Power and Normal. Maruti Suzuki claims that this variant offers the best fuel efficiency in its class 27.97 km/l. This will only offer e-CVT.

Trim progressive smart hybrids also get a 1.5 liter engine but features such as brake energy regeneration, assist torque, and start-stop idle. This is a mild hybrid version but has increased from the previous offer. According to official data, progressive smart hybrids restore a maximum fuel efficiency of 21.11 km/l. The lightweight hybrid system offers a five -speed manual or 6 speed automatic.

Maruti Suzuki has also added Suzuki Allgrip AWD technology which will allow new Grand Vitara to reach extreme locations. There are four modes available on the Allgrip system including – Auto, Sport, Snow and Lock. This is the only AWD vehicle available on the current Maruti Suzuki line-up.
